Office Manager — Outpatient Sleep Medicine

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the clinical office and sleep laboratory
• manage patient records and insurance correspondence
• coordinate prior authorizations
• develop and maintain policies and procedures with clinical leadership
• monitor productivity, patient satisfaction, and performance indicators
• support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, evaluations, and credentialing
• ensure applicable accreditation and regulatory compliance
• improve workflows and serve as a liaison among staff, patients, and external organizations.
