The Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Adult Neurorehabilitation role is onsite in Riverton, UT, part time, with first, second, or third shifts available: 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., or 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Compensation is $18 per hour. Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, provides specialized neurorehabilitation to adults with brain injuries. The DSP helps clients work toward personal independence by supporting daily living, rehabilitation goals, and community participation. The role contributes to safe, individualized care through behavioral support, observation, documentation, and coordination with families and care teams.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, community living skills, and rehabilitation goals
• assist with medication administration as assigned, nutrition plans, and meal preparation
• implement behavior management plans
• observe and report changes in client condition
• transport and accompany clients to appointments and activities
• complete shift documentation
• maintain a safe and welcoming living environment
• participate in handoffs and communicate with families, care teams, and leadership.
