• Conduct weekly home health aide orientations
• review and certify caregiver competency checklists and infection-control practices
• review care plans with aides
• perform initial intake and follow-up assessments
• collect medical histories and medication information
• develop and update individualized care plans with clients and families
• document changes
• supervise, train, and support personal care attendants.
