What you'll do

• Provide customer service to hotel and resort guests, visitors, and staff while following site-specific security procedures and front desk policies.
• Greet and direct visitors, maintain a professional front desk presence, monitor entry activity, verify authorized access as required, and document visitor information and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents and guest concerns, maintain accurate logs and reports, and communicate shift information.
