Field Operations Manager / General Superintendent

It helps keep projects aligned with schedules, budgets, and client expectations while resolving field constraints and developing field leaders.

What you'll do

• Oversee field operations across active heavy civil projects
• coordinate superintendents, foremen, crews, equipment, subcontractors, and resources
• oversee earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, asphalt, roadway, and site-development work
• drive planning, scheduling, production, quality, safety, cost awareness, and execution
• allocate manpower and equipment
• coordinate with project managers, estimating, and senior operations leadership
• resolve field problems
• mentor and hold field leaders accountable
• report project status, risks, and resource needs.
