Titling Specialist

What you'll do

• Receive, upload, review, and submit electronic and physical titling documents
• contact customers, lenders, and jurisdictional organizations to obtain documents and confirm payoff details
• update databases and tracking tools
• coordinate files and holds with titling partners and agencies
• resolve rejection requirements
• manage document shipments
• facilitate remote wet-ink signing sessions using LongPen technology
• contribute jurisdictional research and process improvements
• manage and audit Denver office document storage.
