The Consulting Intern, Data Analysis and Data Engineering — Summer 2027 role is onsite in Richmond, VA, for 40 hours per week over 10 weeks, June 1 through August 6, 2027. Pay is $30 per hour. CapTech’s Elevate program simulates a client engagement and pairs interns with consultants for guidance and mentorship. The intern contributes to a team solution to a business problem by working with data and stakeholders. The work may include preparing datasets, building databases and dashboards, and identifying business metrics to support client needs.

What you'll do

• Clean and sort data using advanced analytics
• design and implement a relational database for visualizations and analytics
• analyze data to identify business metrics and KPIs
• build executive-level dashboards
• work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine how to structure, analyze, and display data.
