What you'll do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising
• oversee apartment and community websites for accuracy and SEO
• support new-construction lease-up marketing
• track LIHTC, AFHMP, and local housing agency requirements
• monitor housing lotteries, screen applicant eligibility, calculate income requirements, and maintain waiting lists
• coordinate with housing agencies, developers, and counselors
• coordinate third-party vendors
• manage social channels
• create and distribute print and digital marketing materials, newsletters, and flyers. Affordable-housing background is required
• high school diploma or GED required.
