The Plastic Surgeon role is hybrid in Charlotte, NC, with a mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. Compensation is $200,000–$350,000 per year. The physician delivers wound management during weekly facility rounds, treating patients in post-acute care settings and documenting care in a wound-specific electronic medical record. The role supports clinical quality through patient-focused wound care, physician collaboration, and training that includes onboarding and a six-month wound care fellowship.

What you'll do

• Provide bedside wound management in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
• conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities
• visit 2–3 facilities per day and treat approximately 20–30 patients per day
• document care in real time using the wound-specific EMR.
