What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for R&D teams seeking cloud-cost guidance
• answer questions through Slack and other asynchronous channels
• review monthly cloud spending with teams and identify cost opportunities
• monitor cloud and AI/LLM spend for anomalies and inefficiencies
• investigate variances and produce root-cause analyses and recommendations
• document investigations in Jira
• participate in monthly forecasting and align central forecasts with team projections
• contribute cost-driver information to showback reporting
• support cost-awareness and education efforts
• maintain relevant wiki documentation
• model team cost projections and respond to help requests.
