What you'll do

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, and accountability for medical and clinical assistants
• manage daily clinic operations and coordinate communication among clinical staff, front office, and andrology
• oversee surgery center workflows, anesthesia coordination, narcotics management, and staffing
• maintain regulatory and clinical compliance
• manage inventory and supplies
• support process improvement and patient experience
• provide procedural nursing and post-anesthesia recovery care as needed
• ensure documentation, medication reconciliation, patient education, and discharge instructions.

Why this role
