Senior Variable Compensation Manager

The Senior Variable Compensation Manager role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, with a stated base salary range of $175,000–$215,000 per year, plus bonus. The role is part of Crusoe’s Total Rewards team; Crusoe builds integrated AI infrastructure and cloud services. The manager designs, administers, and improves variable compensation programs, using analysis and modeling to support accurate plans and informed decisions. The role partners across HR, Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations to strengthen program governance, forecasting, communication, and performance measurement.

What you'll do

• Support strategy, design, implementation, and improvement of incentive programs
• administer plan documentation, modeling, achievement calculations, validation, and payouts
• ensure plan accuracy and governance
• analyze program effectiveness and costs
• conduct market research and cost modeling
• partner on forecasting, accruals, and budgets
• support program communications
• build compensation dashboards with HRIS and People Analytics
• improve data integrity and tracking
• pilot automation tools
• develop program metrics.
