What you'll do

• Coordinate meal preparation with the supervisor
• serve meals to residents and staff in accordance with court security policies and procedures
• clean the kitchen and utensils
• assist in training residents and staff assigned to kitchen work
• help maintain food inventory, records, and food orders
• perform food service supervisor duties as required during the supervisor’s absence.
