What you'll do

• Manage personal injury claims from intake through settlement or trial
• interview clients and gather records and evidence
• assess liability, causation, and damages
• maintain case progression and deadlines
• direct and review legal support work
• conduct legal research
• represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
• draft and review legal documents
• communicate with clients about case progress and settlement options
• escalate complex issues and case risks
• maintain bar licensure and continuing legal education.
