What you'll do

• Support preventive maintenance
• report unsafe property conditions
• maintain tools and storage areas
• assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
• help with cleaning, painting, and general upkeep
• read schematics and manuals
• record work in CMMS
• assist with apartment make-ready tasks
• track parts and supplies
• support grounds work, inspections, and contractor projects.
