The Principal, People Analytics & Insights Partner serves as a senior strategic advisor for people analytics, employee listening, and organizational insights. This role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with a salary range of $110,000 to $145,000 per year, supporting the HR department at Marvin, a family-owned window and door manufacturer. The role exists to establish the company's people analytics vision, measurement framework, and strategy for translating data into actionable business insights. The incumbent will partner with executive leadership to identify talent opportunities, answer critical business questions, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
