Learning Environment Field Consultant — Jacksonville, FL

The Learning Environment Field Consultant role is hybrid, with a remote, territory-based sales arrangement and field visits in the Jacksonville, FL area. The base salary range is $50,000–$80,000 per year, plus an uncapped commission plan with $15,000 in target annual commission earnings at quota. Demco partners with schools and libraries to create learning spaces and resources. The consultant develops relationships with K–12 schools and public libraries, identifies customer needs, and presents learning-space and furniture solutions. Field visits, measurements, photos, and coordination with design and internal teams help produce accurate proposals and support customer opportunities.

What you'll do

• Review the sales pipeline and plan outbound calls and emails
• contact K–12 schools and public libraries
• identify needs and opportunities
• travel through the territory to meet educators, administrators, and library leaders
• take site measurements and photos
• coordinate with design teams on proposals
• represent Demco at regional trade shows
• log activity in the CRM and coordinate next steps.
