What you'll do

• Support HR needs and people strategies for assigned business groups
• advise managers on day-to-day HR questions
• handle routine to moderately complex employee relations matters and escalate sensitive or high-risk issues
• support performance management, employee lifecycle activities, engagement, talent planning, and development
• maintain HRIS data and prepare reports
• manage assigned HR projects and process improvements
• collaborate with internal HR and business partners
• apply employment policies and requirements.
