The Associate Quotations and Submittal Coordinator role is onsite in Vancouver, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The posted hourly rate is $31–$37, depending on experience. What you'll do

• Review mechanical and plumbing plans
• perform equipment take-offs
• extract bid documents from electronic exchanges
• prepare project quotes
• collaborate with Outside Sales Engineers, branch offices, and Business Development
• prepare, update, and deliver product submittal documentation
• maintain organized master job files
• communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Requires a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat, arithmetic skills, and ability to read construction plans and specifications.
