What you'll do

• Schedule patient appointments for hospital-wide tests ordered by physicians
• collect and accurately enter demographic and insurance information in Meditech
• explain payment options and patient estimates, coinsurance, deductibles, and out-of-pocket responsibilities
• verify orders against scheduled tests
• communicate testing instructions and precautions
• make follow-up calls to confirm information
• and provide courteous telephone service. The position is not patient-facing.
