Aesthetic Nurse

Job overview

The Aesthetic Nurse role is onboard MSC Cruises’ international fleet, with deployments across Europe, the Caribbean, Asia, and the Middle East. The contract is approximately six months and renewable. Compensation is a base salary of USD $1,000 per month plus uncapped commission. The nurse supports Chronic Ink’s luxury regenerative wellness experience onboard. The nurse provides aesthetic consultations and clinical treatments, maintains guest care standards, and offers post-treatment guidance. The role works with an onboard Sales Partner or, under the optional “Unicorn” model, combines clinical work with direct guest engagement and sales.

What you'll do

• Provide aesthetic consultations and clinical treatments according to safety protocols
• maintain guest care standards and client trust
• provide post-treatment guidance
• collaborate with the onboard Sales Partner to support treatment conversions and daily revenue goals
• under the Unicorn Track, engage guests, generate leads, conduct consultations, and close sales independently.
