System Director of Dining Services

What you'll do

• Set hospitality standards
• observe meal service and coach teams
• conduct dining-area walkthroughs
• use resident feedback to guide action plans and service recovery
• build resident and client relationships
• lead and develop dining directors and executive chefs
• partner with culinary, dietitian, and care teams on meals and accommodations
• oversee budgets, staffing, purchasing, inventory, food costs, safety, and sanitation.
