What you'll do

• Build relationships with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• explain community features, floorplans, amenities, and pricing
• follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into leases
• manage applicant qualification, lease preparation, move-ins, rent calculations, and files
• maintain leasing records
• support renewals and occupancy goals
• conduct outreach
• keep offices and model apartments tour-ready
• address resident concerns
• apply Fair Housing laws and company policies.
