What you'll do

• Respond to HR Support Services (HRSS) inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Process and audit employee information and status updates in the HRIS system.
• Demonstrate an understanding of federal and state regulations surrounding protected leaves.
• Keep in contact with local office representatives and provide direction on employment transactions.
• Ensure applicants meet company-hiring standards by reviewing background investigation reports.
• Work closely with local offices and the Legal Team to comply with client requirements.
