What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations, P&L, guest hospitality, and staff culture
• manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and financial reporting
• track performance indicators and adjust staffing and operations
• recruit, train, and develop teams
• schedule staff around visitor flow, events, and programming
• oversee private events, live programming, and bar operations
• manage facility, vendor, and landlord relationships
• oversee maintenance and safety compliance
• prepare payroll and reconcile cash, receipts, and reporting
• coordinate with revenue and marketing, technical operations, and company founders.
