PALs are second-year (or beyond) A.T. Still University students who excel in their coursework, maintaining 85% or better in courses. PALs are expected to guide students toward successful learning of course content, demonstrating effective study methods and strategies. PALs are not expected to be content experts, but rather learning mentors.
