What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate
• oversee case managers and clinical services
• supervise and guide staff
• review and approve treatment plans, assessments, notes, and safety and behavior plans
• support staff recruitment, orientation, and training
• train foster parents
• participate in on-call duties as the first supervisory contact for emergencies
• maintain regulatory and contractual compliance.
