What you'll do

• Lead and develop a design team of approximately 4–10 architects and designers, including remote team members
• set technical direction, priorities, standards, and accountability
• review designs and drawings for accuracy, constructability, materials, sequencing, installation, and code compliance
• apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly principles
• work with Production to resolve fabrication questions
• coordinate with clients and internal teams
• identify design, fabrication, and construction issues
• improve engineering and design processes.

Why this role
