What you'll do

• Support cafe operations and continuous improvement
• oversee service flow, safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency
• order, receive, and manage inventory
• deploy staff and oversee breaks
• follow Leader on Duty processes and checklists
• support onboarding and training
• handle cash and daily deposits
• address guest concerns
• report illness and injury incidents
• guide team members on menu offerings and procedures
• engage the team in sustainability objectives
• prepare and serve food and beverages to quality standards.

Why this role

Requires six months to one year of supervisory or team leadership experience, completion of Blue Bottle Academy’s Barista training and validation program or completion within 90 days after hire, and state-specific food safety certification or obtaining it within 30 days after hire. Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
