What you'll do

• Support residents with activities of daily living, meals, hygiene, mobility, and enrichment
• observe and document changes in condition
• respond to call bells
• assist with medication passes and treatments using the medication observation record and Six Rights
• document doses and refusals
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• count narcotics with a nurse or medication care manager
• record vital signs and report concerns.
