What you'll do

• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and finalize Master Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, and Statements of Work
• collaborate with internal teams to align contracts with company policies, legal requirements, and risk strategies
• respond to contract inquiries
• develop contract-management processes and best practices
• conduct periodic contract reviews and audits
• handle special projects as assigned.
