What you'll do

• Welcome guests

• support upselling
• coordinate VIP and loyalty arrivals with Players Club Hosts and Guest Development teams
• use reservation, loyalty, cashiering, and reporting systems
• assist with events and promotions
• protect guest privacy and confidential information.
