What you'll do

• Greet guests and build rapport

• check identification for guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 or younger
• follow Fridays Service Style Standards
• enter orders into the POS system
• mention current promotional features
• handle payments and respond calmly to guest concerns, notifying a manager when needed.
