What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients and patients

• answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain medical histories
• determine immunization and testing status
• communicate patient arrivals and recommended treatments with veterinarians and technicians
• fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter product requests as directed by a veterinarian
• maintain client and patient records in veterinary practice software
• collaborate with the veterinary team to support patient flow.
