What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for homeowner service needs and escalations
• evaluate requests and coverage eligibility
• identify root causes
• coordinate and supervise trade partners
• document service activity in HubSpot and mobile platforms
• attend and conduct homeowner evaluations and reveals
• collaborate with internal teams and vendors
• and provide insights to improve building methods and customer service.
