What you'll do

• Support daily Facilities operations and essential maintenance services
• monitor building systems and preventive maintenance
• lead small- to mid-sized capital and maintenance projects
• support budgeting and project prioritization
• track project timelines, invoices, and compliance documentation
• direct Facilities team members as delegated
• supervise vendors and contractors
• assist with training, scheduling, and communication
• support regulatory compliance, safety documentation, and emergency preparedness
• serve as a Facilities contact for campus stakeholders.
