What you'll do

• Assist with daily classroom activities
• support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
• supervise children during play, meals, and outdoor activities
• build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• adapt to different classroom settings and age groups
• maintain clean and organized classrooms and play areas
• attend staff meetings and professional development
• promote positive behavior and conflict resolution.
