What you'll do

• Recommend wellness plans, memberships, and care packages
• work toward individual and clinic sales goals
• greet and check in patients
• manage patient flow
• answer calls and schedule appointments
• assist with patient questions and membership needs
• re-engage inactive members
• maintain patient records using POS software
• assist with marketing and community outreach
• maintain an organized front desk and clinic
• work with chiropractors and team members.
