The Building Maintenance Technician — Winter 2026–27 role is onsite in Arnold, CA, with pay of $17–$20 per hour. Bear Valley Mountain Resort’s maintenance team supports resort facilities and guests.

What you'll do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, upkeep, and repairs across mountain facilities and systems
• complete light carpentry
• assist with snow preparation and removal, locker and guest issues, event setup, and lodge cleaning. Check offices and bathrooms, follow safety procedures, guide guests, and operate a snowmobile for job duties. Work schedules may reach 40–48 hours per week and include weekends and holidays
• six-day weeks may occur during busy periods.
