• Set service standards and oversee day-to-day onsite operations

• oversee vendors and service contracts
• support Board relations, meetings, and governance compliance
• prepare and support annual budgets
• monitor expenses and approve invoices within delegated authority
• oversee property systems and reporting
• improve processes
• and support safety, emergency preparedness, and incident response.

Why this role
