Commercial Painting Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage project financial performance and profitability
• monitor progress and resolve delays or operational issues
• track labor, equipment, and material costs
• prepare monthly billings and WIP reports
• manage subcontractor and client pay applications, amendments, and contractual notifications
• lead and supervise superintendents
• coordinate manpower and schedules
• manage multiple projects and client relationships.
