What you'll do

• Lead and develop the accounting and finance team
• prepare monthly financial statements and explain variances
• maintain GAAP-compliant records and internal controls
• manage cash positioning, forecasts, liquidity, and working capital
• lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis
• partner with operations on efficiency and margins
• oversee payables, receivables, collections, vendor management, and customer credit
• prepare lender reporting and support financing
• provide financial analysis for pricing, capital expenditures, acquisitions, and strategy.

Why this role
