What you'll do

• Welcome members and manage branch traffic
• identify, refer, and originate credit union products and services
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• resolve inquiries and complaints
• make outbound member calls
• complete wire transfers and other complex transactions
• balance cash and daily transactions
• maintain interaction records
• and support branch operations and staffing as needed. Requires at least one year of customer interaction and cash-handling experience or equivalent.
