What you'll do

• Deliver personalized service from greeting through post-sale follow-up
• build and maintain a client book in Zoho CRM
• recommend TAG Heuer timepieces through consultative selling
• conduct outreach and follow-up
• explain brand heritage, craftsmanship, collections, and technical features
• maintain product knowledge and participate in training
• process sales, special orders, deposits, and service transactions
• maintain presentation and showcase standards
• collaborate with colleagues and leadership.
