What you'll do

• Manage branch operations and staff
• maintain efficient workflow for members and prospective members
• ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• monitor cross-selling and branch service
• train and support employees
• review staff performance
• maintain facilities and security procedures
• manage lending and serve as a loan officer when needed
• coordinate ATM maintenance and repairs
• follow BSA, AML, OFAC, Patriot Act, CIP, and CDD requirements.
