What you'll do

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, inventory, and staff supervision
• advise patients and healthcare professionals on medication therapy, side effects, and interactions
• comply with pharmacy regulations
• compound, package, and label medications
• conduct quality-assurance audits
• develop policies and procedures
• collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care and medication management
• train and mentor staff
• maintain prescription, controlled-substance, and transaction records.
