What you'll do

• Coach teaching staff on teacher-child interactions, learning environments, curriculum, child assessment, and family engagement
• support curriculum implementation
• oversee lesson plans and child screenings
• use child outcomes data to guide planning
• provide staff training and feedback
• maintain program records and reports
• participate in monitoring and self-assessment.
