What you'll do

• Manage daily laboratory operations and staff activities
• plan and execute method development, validation, and technology transfer
• oversee analytical techniques and data interpretation
• prepare and review SOPs, protocols, and reports for GMP compliance
• manage in-process release testing and coordinate stability testing
• plan additional studies
• coordinate outside laboratory testing
• collaborate with product development, regulatory, quality, and supply chain teams
• support ANDA filings
• investigate laboratory deviations and implement CAPA
• and report results to department leadership.
