What you'll do

• Collaborate with project managers on contracts, scope changes, amendments, approvals, and financial status
• prepare and interpret project financial records and statements
• investigate project variances, unbilled expenses, and unpaid billings
• create and close opportunities and projects in NetSuite and Box.com
• maintain contracts and change orders
• review or approve subcontractor invoices and customer billings
• create customer invoices
• compile information for internal and external auditors.
