What you'll do

• Direct overall facility operations in accordance with resident needs, regulations, and company policies
• coordinate facility planning and department priorities
• monitor department activities and staff performance
• conduct rounds to assess resident needs, operations, cleanliness, and staff morale
• ensure regulatory and quality standards
• manage staffing, recruitment, orientation, and training
• oversee budgets and business office practices
• develop and implement marketing strategy
• maintain relationships with regulators, families, healthcare community, and the public
• participate in education and staff meetings
• remain available on call 24/7.
